This website is operated by MeowMist. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MeowMist. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

3. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We work hard to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. Product descriptions and specifications come from our manufacturing partners and may be updated.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Accuracy of information

We keep the information on this site as accurate and current as we can, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

By placing an order you confirm that the payment method and billing information you provide are yours and valid. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent. Your order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

Our shower heads are made for standard residential use and must be installed following the instructions provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or use with incompatible plumbing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeowMist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, where MeowMist is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Nothing here limits consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own state or country.
