Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is completely free on every order shipped within the United States. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Processing time

We prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are prepared the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 12 to 15 business days after checkout.

Our products ship from our overseas manufacturing partners. That is what lets us keep the price low and the shipping free, and it is why delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse. We would rather tell you that before you order than after.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 4 business days to start showing updates after the label is created — that is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Delays

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier backlogs, severe weather, and peak holiday periods can add time. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipping, email us at meowmist.shopp@gmail.com and we will investigate or refund you.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for a package delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — if the order has not shipped yet, we can fix it.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, check with your neighbors and your local carrier first. If it does not turn up, contact us within 7 days and we will help you file a claim.

Taxes and duties

Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to additional import duties. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

International orders

We ship to selected countries outside the United States at a flat rate shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their own country.
